International carriage:
Passengers on a journey with a destination in a country other than the country of origin are advisedthat the provisions of the Warsaw Convention may be applicable, e.g. regarding limitation on liability inthe case of death, bodily harm or damage to baggage. Additional protection can usually be obtained bypurchasing insurance from a private company. Such insurance is not affected by any limitation of thecarrier's liability under the Warsaw Convention.

Domestic carriage:

The Carrier is obligated to, without delay and in any event not later than 15 days after the identity ofthe passenger entitled to compensation has been established, make such advance payments as maybe required to meet immediate economic needs on a basis proportional to the hardship suffered, suchadvance payment, however, in the event of death, never being less than the equivalent in currency of15.000 SDR per passenger. Such advance payment does not constitute recognition of liability by theCarrier and may be offset against any subsequent sums to be paid on basis of the Carrier's liability andis reimbursable if it is proven that the person who received the advance payment caused, orcontributed to, the damage by negligence or was not the person entitled to compensation.

2. Rules on Baggage Liability

For checked baggage and carried goods the Carrier's maximum liability is the equivalent in currency of17 SDR per kg, unless the passenger has made a declaration of value and paid respective additionalcharges, such declared value shall constitute the Carrier's maximum liability, unless he proves that thepassenger's interests are lesser.
